Trainer Staff is hosted by Shopify Inc., which provides the underlying e-commerce and payment architecture that enables us to offer the Services. Information you submit will be transmitted to and processed by Shopify in secure data centers located in the United States and other international jurisdictions.

It is important to distinguish between Trainer Staff Inc.'s direct store practices and Shopify's platform-level operations:

  • Trainer Staff Inc. Direct Operations: As detailed above, we do not add external tracking applications or participate in cross-merchant behavioral advertising networks.

  • Shopify Platform-Level Processing: When you access or purchase through our store, Shopify collects and processes personal information about your access and use of the storefront to operate, maintain, and protect the platform. Furthermore, if you use unified consumer features powered by Shopify (such as Shop Pay or the Shop App), or when Shopify analyzes transaction and device data across its merchant network for cross-platform fraud detection, security, and service improvement, Shopify acts as an independent data controller.
